The Advertising Art Director will lead the creative team in developing and executing compelling advertising campaigns. This role is essential in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring that all artwork aligns with the campaign's objectives and resonates with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative campaign strategies.
- Oversee the design and production of visual content across various media platforms.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management and campaign promotions.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, and visual design principles.
- Experience in digital media and illustration is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in concept development and user experience (UX).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
