Position Overview
Our client, a Boston Based performance company, is looking for an interim Associate Director of Paid Media for about a 2 month contract, while they search for a full time hire. This person will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, as well as manage paid media agency partners. This role focuses on leveraging various paid media channels to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
This role will be approx. 30-40 hours per week. You'll need to work from the office about 1 day per week, or a few times per month in Boston (Back Bay area).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Oversee media planning and buying activities to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
- Lead a team in executing growth marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in paid marketing, with a focus on search and digital channels.
- Proven track record in growth marketing and media planning/buying.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with copywriting is a plus.
Salary : $45 - $50
