Position Overview
The Associate Media Director will oversee media strategy and execution across various platforms, ensuring optimal reach and effectiveness for our clients' advertising campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership to drive media planning and analytics efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This job follows a Hybrid schedule and requires going onsite Monday-Wednesday in Scottsdale and remote on Thursday & Friday.

Bonus: 10% of all net fees, paid each payroll period, from accounts that are engaged due to direct relationship with employee.
Benefits: Group Health, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance and 401(k) program effective upon completion of 90 consecutive days of employment. Health/Dental insurance coverage provided if necessary - company pays 50% of monthly health/dental premium and 100% of Life and Disability.
Vacation: Unlimited vacation and sick days effective upon completion of 90 consecutive days of employment. (Must be approved by your supervisor, with certain guidelines).

- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans across traditional and digital channels.
- Analyze media performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Manage relationships with media vendors and ensure effective negotiation of rates and placements.
- Lead a team of media planners and analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform media strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to align media strategies with overall campaign goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on both traditional and digital media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with media analytics tools and methods, including Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team is preferred.
