What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Identity Designer - Hybrid position at Creative Circle?
Our client has an exciting, long-term, 40 hour a week, freelance opportunity for a Brand Identity Designer to join their in-house agency team! You will be required to be onsite three days a week in their Atlanta office.
The Brand Identity Designer assists in the development and helps to maintain the design guidelines and approaches to reflect the client's brand identity.
They will evolve the visual identity system and provide guidance on how to use brand elements and design.
The ideal Brand Identity Designer is a strategic design thinker who will execute brand projects that are essential to the ongoing commitment to maintain authenticity, leverage scale, create more quality and consistency across all touch points.
Responsibilities
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop digital and print assets for the visual identity system working in collaboration with the Design Lead
- Deep understanding and champion of systems thinking and ability to educate on its value
- Build visual identity systems with international expansion in mind
- Responsible for managing timelines, communications and details for multiple projects in various stages
- Meet with cross-functional teams to support organization design initiatives
- Collaborate, consult and provide creative feedback for internal teams, suppliers and agencies
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
- 4 years' experience in creative environment as a branding designer
- Print, digital and production experience
- Strong skills in development of visual identity systems
- Portfolio demonstrating experience developing brand identities and strong typography skills
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite
- Enjoys team environment. Combo in-person/remote work week. Available to be in-office 2x/week
