Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Brand Strategist to craft a comprehensive messaging strategy for their club and recreational brands. This remote freelance role begins late next week, with final deliverables due in mid-May. While primarily a consulting position, you will also be responsible for writing some copy and messaging, alongside leading strategy and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate has a background in brand marketing and experience as a brand consultant. The Brand Strategist should have a proven track record in developing cohesive messaging for multiple brands, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors. Additionally, experience in creating brand messaging for sales teams is essential.

- Develop and consult on overarching brand messaging across multiple brands
- Write messaging and content as required
- Participate in regular meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in creating product definitions and categories
- Develop messaging to equip sales teams to effectively communicate product offerings
- 10 years of experience in brand marketing and messaging for B2B and B2C brands
- Proven experience in developing brand strategy and messaging for sales teams
- Prior experience in writing copy and content; early career experience as a Copywriter is a significant advantage
