Our marketing agency client is looking for a Client Experience Consultant with experience in the hospitality industry to host weekly workshops for their account management team. This role is fully remote and will be a 6-8 week contract.

Client Experience Consultant Details
- Audit and evaluate current account management strategies and practices
- Conduct group trainings and develop playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead ongoing workshops and provide weekly evaluations, shadowing, and audits
- Consult on CX strategies, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
- Proven experience in client experience management within the hospitality industry
- Strong consulting skills with a focus on high-level CX
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and SOPs
