Position Overview

The Communications Specialist IV will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance the organization's public image and stakeholder engagement. This position requires expertise in media relations, communications strategy, and advertising to effectively convey our messages and promote our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, responding to media inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication trends to inform strategy adjustments.
• Organize and facilitate events, press conferences, and community outreach efforts to enhance visibility and engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in business communications, digital and/or product communications
• Experience in program and project management
• Proven track record of successful media engagement and campaign management.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
