Must-haves
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, particularly within the beauty or medical industry.
- Strong proficiency in Canva for creating engaging content and templates.
- Experience managing social media platforms including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- A general interest in beauty and plastic surgery trends, with the ability to create targeted and appealing content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, starting as early as 7 AM.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical spa or aesthetic environment.
- Familiarity with content planning and strategy development for multiple social media channels.
- Basic photography skills and experience using professional cameras, in addition to a provided iPhone for social media content.
