Our client, a B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join their team fulltime. This role is primarily remote, but they are looking for candidates located near Saint Louis who can occasionally go into the office as needed.
The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing the content strategy by writing, producing, and editing content to be used across the full spectrum of marketing communications and digital media. This position also assists with general Marketing projects.
The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with members of the Marketing team, Management team, and other Subject Matter Experts to deliver content that creates brand awareness, illustrates their value proposition, and effectively educates clients and prospects.

The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with members of the Marketing team, Management team, and other Subject Matter Experts to deliver content that creates brand awareness, illustrates their value proposition, and effectively educates clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a strong understanding of the company's solutions and value offered to clients and translates this information into marketing content, on-line demos and videos.
- Supports demand generation activities and boosts brand awareness with appropriate content and downloadable content for targeted personas to engage this audience.
- Manage the content curation process including blogs, social media downloadable website resources/interaction, and site copy with emphasis on SEO effectiveness.
- Serve as the content owner of engaging blogs, video scripts, case studies, and brochures that deliver subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
- Create at least two free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness and other important metrics.
- Produce blogging on an ongoing basis to support/promote solutions and attract site visitors through search, social media and email subscribers.
- Compose company news including press release writing that focuses on relevancy to buyers.
- Analyze website metrics
- Assist Business Development/Sales team draft effective lead nurture campaigns.
- Maintain all sales support materials (one pagers, case studies, testimonials etc.).
- Distill complex content and language into content that is easily understood.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote products/services.
- Assists the Marketing team with basic design work for banner ads, one-pagers iconography, social media posts, eBooks, infographics, and solution set brochures.
- Assists Marketing team with video production of explainer videos and case studies.
- Experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing.
- Experience with copywriting / content writing.
- Experience with basic content design using a variety of tools.
- Experience producing content for the web specifically as well as channel specific (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
- Ideally you will have experience with enterprise sales and/or SaaS.
- Bonus: Experience with ABM or tradeshows.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field or equivalent experience.
