Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit digital content for the homepage and other platforms
- Write compelling headlines that drive audience engagement
- Manage push alerts and notifications to inform the audience of breaking news
- Utilize CMS for content management and publication
- Apply news judgment to prioritize stories and content
- Analyze real-time analytics to adjust content strategies
- Conduct Chartbeat testing to optimize content performance
- Publish content on social media platforms to expand reach
- Copyedit articles and content to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects effectively
- Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Participate in A/B testing to assess content performance
- Engage in content creation and distribution strategies
- Ensure timely project execution and adherence to deadlines
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital content production and editing
- Strong writing and text editing skills
- Experience with CMS and digital publishing tools
- Familiarity with audience analytics and metrics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
