Our client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full time Content Studio Manager to join their growing team.
Your background should be in luxury retail and ecommerce coming from a high volume studio. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on content leader who can seamlessly blend creative storytelling with operational excellence to drive content ecosystem forward.
This is a full time role, onsite in Soho 5 days/week.
Our client is looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Studio Manager to oversee all content production across the in-house studio and social media platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring a cohesive brand identity through engaging visual and editorial content, optimizing workflows, and driving audience growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead content creation efforts across all brand channels, including studio productions, social media, and editorial content.
- Develop and implement a strategic content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee the creative direction of photoshoots, video shoots, and social-first content to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Manage all aspects of the in-house content studio, including scheduling, budget allocation, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creatives to produce high-quality content.
- Optimize studio workflows to ensure timely and efficient content delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to refine content strategies and maximize performance.
- Manage relationships with external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers.
- Analyze content performance across platforms and implement data-driven improvements.
- Establish and maintain reporting dashboards to track key content KPIs.
- Proven experience in content production, social media management, or a related rolepreferably within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce.
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of brand storytelling and digital content trends.
- Experience managing content calendars and overseeing studio operations.
- Experience with trend research and forecasting for content creation.
- Knowledge of XR content capabilities a plus
- Passion for fashion, social commerce, and digital media, with an understanding of emerging luxury brands and influencer-driven content.
