What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Communications Manager position at Creative Circle?
Our client is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Corporate Communications Manager with experience in change management or digital transformation to start March 31st, for 3 months, up to 40 hours per week.
This role will start around 20 - 30 hours for 2 - 3 weeks then slowly ramp up to 40 hours per week once fully integrated into the team and projects.
As part of the client's Change Management team, the Corporate Communications Manager will provide strategic, hands-on and consultative training support for a variety of mostly digital/technology transformations (i.e. migrations, new technology, enhancements, etc.) as well as non-technology-oriented transformations.
This person needs to have experience with rolling out technology globally specifically for global audiences including EMEA & APAC. This person will be an individual contributor, developing materials, communications, talking points, etc.

Corporate Communications Manager Responsibilities
- Originate ideas and create communication materials
- Develop and deliver employee communication strategies
- Develop or coordinate content for mass communication channels including CONNECT, Town Halls, etc
- Manage CONNECT, the global organization's intranet site
- Partner with team members to develop repeatable processes and self-service templates that will serve as baseline assets for the team
- Partner with colleagues across the organization to advance the company's key focus areas, including DEI, ESG, etc
- End-to-end training strategy and workplan development for change management projects/initiatives
- Enterprise experience (multiple teams, varying projects)
- Digital / technology transformation project experience
- Hands-on with creating basic assets and templates
- Strong project management skills
- Microsoft Office, basic PowerPoint using templates
- Smartsheets or similar for tracking projects
- Asana or similar project management system nice to have
