We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Corporate Event Planner to oversee and execute exceptional corporate events. This role involves coordinating all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that events align with the company's objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and meetings that align with business objectives.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations on event outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility at events.
- Maintain timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing corporate events or similar roles.
- Strong skills in Cvent or similar event management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
