Job Description
A pivotal leadership position within a dynamic in-house creative team, the Creative Director will drive the modernization and transformation of a portfolio of fine jewelry brands. Reporting to the Vice President of Creative, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across all print and digital assets.
This role demands a strategic and conceptual thinker with impeccable aesthetics-someone who champions a clear creative vision while balancing artistic excellence with structured, results-driven execution. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of refined aesthetics. They will inspire and nurture creative talent, fostering a collaborative environment that elevates both in-house teams and external partners. This person must be both a visionary and a hands-on contributor-capable of thinking big while also rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptually lead digital-forward integrated campaigns to inspire innovation, ingenuity, and freshness to the creative while also inspiring a team to do their best work on the day to day
- Uphold and evolve the client's brand's identity, ensuring it remains visually compelling, cohesive, and aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the conceptualization of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and visual storytelling, ensuring a balance of innovation and commercial success.
- Lead and direct creative work across print, digital, e-commerce, and social media.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute impactful campaigns.
- Oversee art direction for brand photography and videography, ensuring a refined aesthetic.
- Maintain relationships with external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers.
- 8 years in a senior creative role, including at least 3 years in CPG, beauty, fashion, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in design leadership, brand development, and strategic creative direction, with essential experience in visual communication, brand storytelling, and customer-centric design.
- A portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and commercial appeal across 360 omni channel campaign work
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with knowledge of AI and emerging technologies being a plus.
