Our client, a very well-known global fitness brand, is currently seeking a freelance Creative Project Manager to join their team.
This role is hybrid in NYC (onsite Tuesday/Wed/Thursday) 40hrs/week opportunity for about 5 months with some potential to extend based on performance and business need.
Our client is standing up a performance creative team to drive all digital mid and lower funnel asset creation and optimizations. This role is responsible for helping to establish this new team and running the daily operations to ensure projects are delivered on time. You must be a skilled project manager with experience in creating and rolling out new processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities
- Project intake and management of workflows, start to finish
- Onboard and manage any FL creative resources needed within the Performance eco system
- Manage Creative team resourcing and forecast allocation; know what is coming down the pipeline and plan accordingly
- Consistent communication with all team members, from core team to stakeholders, management and beyond
- Ability to push back, even on more senior members of the team, in order to stay on track
- Ensure projects are scoped and defined clearly, with agreed upon timing and budget
- Work with Marketing partners to plan 3, 6, 9 and 12 months out
- Assist creative team in gathering necessary assets including copy, photography, videography, swatches, and samples
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordingly
- Assist the Director of Creative Operations in ongoing resource & creative & operations team planning
- Work closely with your production partners to understand their needs and requirements to be successful.
- Foster increased collaboration with key departments and INT partners
- 4 years of experience in project management & operations
- NYC based, hybrid model with Tue, Wed, Thur in office
- International experience a plus
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross functional and fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Is forward-thinking, very organized, and has an obsession for detail
- Brings a strong passion for the organization's brand and products, the fitness category, and consumer brands
