Our telecommunications client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team for a 10-month project that may be extended. This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to work onsite 8 days a month in Cary, NC or Ashubrn, VA (can work from home on the remaining three days). This position is 40 hrs/week.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Creative Project Manager II to oversee and manage various creative projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop project briefs and establish clear objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders on status and challenges.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
- Implement best practices in project management, including risk assessment and resource allocation.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement for future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience using MS Excel and/or Access.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
