Key Responsibilities
- Assess current CRM practices and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and configure HubSpot and Salesforce platforms to meet business needs
- Train staff on best practices for using CRM systems effectively
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM integration within business processes
- Develop reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users
- Proven experience as a CRM Consultant with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Experience in training users and providing technical support
