Must Have
- 3-5 years in data analysis
- 2-3 years in writing copy for communication materials
- Blend of technical and creative skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, data comparison, analysis, manipulation)
Responsibilities
- Create and manage communications, marketing materials, and user guides
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align on release activities
- Manage document repositories and update calendars with events
- Handle internal and external email communications
- Analyze and manage large datasets related to migrations
- Understand Digital Portals and customer usage
- Work with product owners to identify upcoming tasks
- Align with stakeholders on communication requirements
- Resolve dependencies that may impact the team's work
- Partner with vendors for automated email testing and enablement
- Participate in PI Planning Sessions
- Prioritize and execute operational readiness tasks
- Maintain Operational Readiness SharePoint/High Spot pages
- Manage relationships with email vendors
