Jr. Digital Producer
Position Overview
Our agency client who specializes in video production, live event content, and interactive experiences is seeking a Junior Digital Producer to join their team in a full-time role. This will be a hybrid position with the expectation of being onsite three days a week in Birmingham, MI.
This Junior Digital Producer role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for digital content especially filming and post-production who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll provide essential administrative and production support, ensuring projects run smoothly from pre-production to final delivery. This is a hands-on role that will expose you to all aspects of digital content production, including project coordination, asset management, scheduling, and business affairs. While much of the content is designed for social and digital channels, our client frequently works beyond traditional online or broadcast standards, producing large-resolution, multiscreen content for live events. The ability to think creatively and critically in these non-standard formats is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage folders, ensuring files and assets are properly organized
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep production on schedule
- Support internal teams by downloading, distributing, and managing assets across multiple projects
- Coordinate communications between creative, production, and post-production team
- Assist with note taking and documentation during production meetings
- Help manage production schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines
- Support post-production workflows, including organizing and delivering files for review
- Assist with quality control to ensure content meets brand and technical standards
- Research and track stock footage and music licensing, ensuring proper usage rights
- Liaise with external vendors and freelancers as needed
- 1 years of experience at a production company, digital media, or creative agency
- Passion for digital content, particularly filming and post-production
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with digital production tools (Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, project management software, etc.)
- Willingness to work onsite and on weekends during filming and events when needed
- Experience with stock media licensing and asset management
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI, interactive design, and emerging technology platforms (handheld devices, touch screens, gesture, AR/VR/MR)
