Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach and crisis management.
- Oversee marketing and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Manage content creation across multiple channels, ensuring message consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Supervise social media management, including strategy development and engagement tactics.
- Engage with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and gather insights for strategic planning.
- Conduct market research to inform communication strategies and brand positioning.
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Manage budgets and resources for communication initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize future strategies.
- Plan and execute events that promote brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, or marketing.
- Proven track record in managing successful communication campaigns and media relations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
