Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement D2C marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and execute paid media campaigns across various digital platforms
- Oversee eCommerce and Amazon marketing initiatives to maximize online sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Lead agency management and coordinate external marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions
- Foster creativity and innovation in campaign development
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing management for D2C nutraceutical products
- Healthcare or Pharma industry experience preferred
- Experience developing and implementing Amazon campaigns
- Proven experience in paid media and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of eCommerce principles and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns from inception to execution
- Experience in agency management and collaboration
- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking skills
- Expertise in brand positioning and market differentiation
