Our agency client is seeking a freelance Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team in an ongoing capacity ASAP! This role is 40 hours a week and will be an ongoing assignment. Our client is open to seeing remote candidates for this position, but you must be local to Minneapolis for future full time placement consideration. The ideal Email Marketing Coordinator will have : - 2 years of relevant experience putting together email lists, working in email programs / CRM tools - strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - experience with organizing and reviewing data - experience working excel - a strong love and fascination for brands! Email Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include : - working with a small team to manage, and clean up CRM databases and develop benchmarks and analyses based on key performing metrics across client outreach. - using market research to gather intel and build targeted outreach lists that internal teammates can utilize in their outreach. - organizing internal client information in CRM platforms and ensuring information is up to date. - building email / lead lists for outreach - data entry and management In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data.
