Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology requirements.
- Oversee budget management for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, themes, and target audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event quality and execution.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and metrics, providing insights for future improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management.
- Strong knowledge of event logistics and execution.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in budget management and financial oversight.
