Our well-known beauty client is seeking a Global Brand Communications Director who will lead PR and Cause (hybrid role)
Candidates must be able to follow a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and flex to business needs -- shoots, meetings, etc.) Team is currently based in Jersey City, with potential to transition back to NYC in Q4. There is a possibility this opportunity could go full time in the future.

Global Brand Communications Director Responsibilities
- Promote the brand's global image, voices and brand cause across traditional, digital, and social channels ensuring all content is on-brand and deployed according to best practices.
- Employ integrated communications strategies to 120 country teams
- Manage global spokes strategy and campaign execution
- Create editorial calendar for the brand inclusive of PR & Content
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and sponsorships as needed
- Work hand-in-hand with PR agency and vendors on global PR strategy and spokes management
- Create proposals and recaps for strategic meetings and globally-led events
- Create brand-building strategies and deploy with key Markets
- Build and develop relationships across the industry, Markets, and cross-functional teams such as Social and Marketing
- Manage global brand cause strategy aligned with the brands values and target audience.
- Lead cross-functional team responsible for executing cause-related initiatives and global campaigns across different regions and markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify the brand's cause.
- Analyze the impact of cause-related campaigns on brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business results
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience specific to Marketing, PR, communications, influencer marketing, cause marketing in beauty or fashion
- Bachelors Degree, MBA/Masters Degree a plus
- MarComm Profile: Professional experience executing 360 Marketing, PR and social media campaigns including content creation and activation
- Results-oriented with deep understanding of KPI tracking and business acumen
- Experience with Budget Management
- Knowledge of beauty industry and competitor landscape strongly preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing, Powerpoint and presentation skills
- Self-starter who is action-oriented, that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with all departments
