Our real estate client is looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's brokers with their daily graphic design projects, property marketing, maps and aerial imagery, research, and administrative tasks.
This is a fully onsite position in Irvine, California and starts immediately (Tuesday 2/4 or Wednesday 2/5)! This is a freelance-to-full time opportunity.

Must Haves
- 2-3 years of relevant design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to edit in Photoshop
- Highly knowledgeable in MS Office
- Support brokers with their daily graphics projects, property marketing, maps and more
- Produce and edit marketing presentations, proposals, flyers, e-mail, newsletters, postcards, etc.
- Utilize InDesign to layout content for proposals
- Follow existing brand guidelines
- Support a fast-paced, high profile sales force
