Our enterprise client in the telecom space is looking for a HR Communications Strategist to join their team, 40 hours weekly for a one year contract. The role will require (2) days in the office, preferably in Basking Ridge, NJ but also open to New York City.

The Content Strategist - II will play a critical role in developing and executing content strategies that align with our organizational goals. This position involves collaborating with various teams to create compelling content that engages our audience and supports HR communications.

- Conduct research and analyze data to inform content decisions and strategies
- Utilize copywriting skills to create compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in content strategy, HR communications, or a similar role
- Strong proofreading and editing skills with attention to detail
- Proven project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
