Our large pharma client is seeking an Implementation Project Manager- Epic to join their team for the next 2 months, potential to extend.
This role is part time- average 7 hours/week leading up to go-live. 24-32 hours/week for go-live support.
This role is fully remote with some travel (up to 25%) for go-live onsite support.
Role Summary: The Implementation Project Manager will manage the implementation and interfacing of the Preanalytics, Powered by Indexor solution. This role involves defining system scope and objectives, providing guidance on lab workflows, coordinating with clients and peers, and leading various aspects of the laboratory information systems lifecycle.

Strong Epic CP Implementation Experience
Epic Beaker CP Certification
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of Preanalytics, Powered by Indexor solution is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Beaker and related lab applications and their integration with other systems
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
Formulate and define system scope and objectives for Beaker application and integrated areas
Provide guidance on lab workflow recommendations, best practices, and technical capabilities
Coordinate with clients and peers to enhance system functionality
Lead projects in various aspects of the laboratory information systems lifecycle
Guide efforts, question recommendations, and direct outcomes based on Progress Report criteria
Assist in development of project plans and schedules
Develop workplans, estimate tasks, and ensure successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget
