Position Overview
Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for a freelance Junior Digital Designer to join their team for 3-6 months. This role is 40 hours a week, 2 days on-site in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative executions for email, display ads, social media, landing pages, and other materials
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create on-brand communication materials
- Ensure all creative materials align with marketing messaging and business goals
- Lead and participate in creative concept sessions to drive business growth
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in various formats
- Maintain high-quality, error-free correspondence and materials
- Support social media efforts and contribute to the company blog
- Oversee supplier management for quality and timely delivery
- Implement best practices for production and corporate efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email buildouts and WordPress Elementor
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for web design enhancements
- Some experience with After Effects and Lottie GIF animation for motion graphics
- Experience within the Corporate or Insurance industry.
