Our retail client is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Coordinator! This REMOTE, freelance assignment starts immediately, 40 hours a week, for 3 months with the possibility to extend or convert to full-time.
The Loyalty Marketing Coordinator will be working cross-functionally with creative, brand, IT, and data analytics teams to develop, optimize, and manage campaigns for the loyalty marketing program.

The Loyalty Marketing Coordinator will be working cross-functionally with creative, brand, IT, and data analytics teams to develop, optimize, and manage campaigns for the loyalty marketing program.
Loyalty Marketing Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 3 years experience in loyalty marketing
- Experience with loyalty marketing and CRMs, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Execute and manage quarterly loyalty marketing campaigns, and communicate goals and strategies to cross-functional teams
- Develop creative briefs for all loyalty campaigns and identify assets needed to ensure the best customer experience throughout all customer journeys and touchpoints
- Deploy, monitor, and measure campaign performance, working closely with the data analytics team
- Develop loyalty marketing plans and retention strategies around key stages of the customer lifecycle for upcoming quarters
- Enter all CRM offers in system and QA setup to ensure members receive the correct rewards offers
- Measure, analyze, and report program KPIs, providing regular status updates to teams and leadership
