Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate IV to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on leveraging advanced marketing technologies to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing campaigns through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Create and manage email marketing content using Content Builder and Movable Ink.
- Utilize AMPScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for advanced email personalization and automation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
- Maintain and update SQL databases to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Automation
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its components: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
- Experience with Movable Ink and advanced scripting languages such as AMPScript and SSJS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to manipulate data for marketing purposes.
