Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing/Production Coordinator to support our client's marketing team in managing projects and coordinating production activities. This role is integral to ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively, and will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing assets.
- Support the content development process, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for production services.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and coordination.
- Strong skills in asset management and content development.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing software and project management tools.
