This position will be 40 hours per week onsite, fully remote on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Design, layout, organization and production of marketing materials for both print and digital media
- Create visual aspects and imagery for marketing materials, including emails (html), website, social media and large format printing
- Assist the team with email marketing using Constant Contact
- Help coordinate and communicate with outside vendors
- Assist in other design requests as needed, from providing artwork for promotional items, t-shirts and signage to sourcing stock photography
- Update and maintain various versions of brochures, business cards, PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects at a time
- 2-3 years of design experience
- Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of copy
- Experience with email marketing and Constant Contact
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required
- Light HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
- Experience in education is a plus
- Attention to details a must including proofing and preparing files for final print and maintaining organized files
