Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Photographer to join their team full-time. This role is fully onsite in NYC 3-5 days a week (ideally 5).
The ideal candidate will oversee the client's Portfolio of Photo Services, which includes managing the photo studio, coordinating corporate photo shoots, scheduling and executing daily requests, and handling large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee the client's Portfolio of Photo Services, which includes managing the photo studio, coordinating corporate photo shoots, scheduling and executing daily requests, and handling large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle onsite and offsite photo shoots, professional portraits, social media content, firmwide events, and photo retouching for various platforms
- Operate and maintain digital photographic equipment and accessories
- Train and delegate work to staff in all 21 offices on photography techniques and equipment upkeep
- Maintain the DAM system, including importing, tagging, and organizing assets
- Implement and integrate Bynder DAM with other photo databases to streamline processes
- Lead internal and external photographers to develop and refine processes
- Serve as an expert and advisor, solving complex problems
- Minimum 10 years of experience in professional photography, photo editing, archive experience and cinematography
- Knowledge of Lightroom and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to work within digital asset management systems and editing software packages
- Travel up to 20% of the time as needed, to other offices
- Background in the law firm or professional services industry is strongly preferred
- Experience with environmental and studio portraits
- Ability to setup and facilitate large production shoots for brochures and magazines
- Previous management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
