Producer - Hybrid

Our client, an award-winning multicultural agency, is looking for a Producer to join their team full-time in NYC. This is a hybrid role and the Producer will be onsite in NYC Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

As a Producer, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Delivering premium experience and high-level client management on all production projects, regardless of size or budget
• Assist and Produce video shoots, events and content capture independently or in partnership with Executive Producer
• Coordinate and attend production meetings
• Ensuring production updates are being communicated to the client
• Assisting in the ideation and/or creation of creative decks for clients
• Developing and distributing schedules and call sheets
• Booking and managing crew
• Overseeing the management of production-related needs, including but not limited
• Vendor coordination
• Print production
• Creation and adherence to budgets
• Asset ordering and tracking
• Load in, install and strike oversight
• A/V, lighting, staging, and custom fabrication
• Programming
• Permitting
• Event staff booking, training, and briefing
• Creating, managing, and maintaining a vital comprehensive database of information and documents containing specific details of all projects. This includes but is not limited to:
• Project Overview
• Production Binder
• ROS, Workback schedules
• Staffing grid and manual
• Security manual
• Branding grid
• Expense reports and budget reconciliations
• Coordinating travel arrangements for talent, crew, and the production team
  
  

Requirements

• Have a minimum of five years experience as a producer
• Understanding of production timelines, processes, and procedures
• Adheres to deadlines and is an excellent communicator
• Have experience managing vendors, obtaining estimates, and a sharp understanding of associated budget management and reconciliation
• Work well in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with tight deadlines
• Have excellent communication and organization skills
• Are able to manage multiple tasks and/or projects at any given time; have excellent time management
• Have excellent research, writing, and editing skills
• Are highly competent with Macs as well as MS Word, MS Excel, and Powerpoint
• Have strong writing and oral presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not necessary
• Solution-oriented and pay attention to detail
• Proactive about problem-solving and meticulous in execution of tasks
• Resourceful, communicative team player who errs on the side of overcommunication
• Treat others with respect, are curious and inquisitive, and know how to ask the right questions to ensure the company is operating at maximum efficiency
