Product Lead Responsibilities
- Define and Execute Documents Strategy: The Product Lead will set the vision and roadmap for part of the shared document platform, ensuring it supports the needs of the business and digital product teams.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Partner with different product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Implement Best Practices: Establishing and maintaining best practices for data governance, data quality, and compliance with financial services regulations will be a key responsibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and align on strategic priorities for document initiatives.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the lifecycle of document products from ideation to execution, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver value.
- Workstream Ownership: The Product Lead will take over one or more workstreams and eventually own new initiatives and projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with at least 2 years working in a matrixed organization. B2B software experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and product strategies.
- Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience working with APIs and backend systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering scrum teams, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a results-oriented mindset that does not mind working in the grey.
- Experience with complex business workflows and rules engines, integrating cloud and SaaS vendors, conducting complex migration projects from legacy to cloud providers.
