What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Designer position at Creative Circle?
Our global insurance client is looking for a freelance Production Designer to start mid-March, 20 - 40 hours per week, for at least 6 months.
We are looking for a candidate in the Kansas City area who can be onsite 1 to 2 days per week at the client's south Kansas City office.
The Production Designer will primarily work on the production of a 180 - 200 slide deck. The Production Designer will also work on a backlog of templates that need brand and style updates.

Production Designer Responsibilities
- Work closely and under the direction of Art Director
- Help produce 180 - 200-page deck, including updates to the client's latest brand styles, creating graphic elements and more
- During slower weeks, continuously work on a backlog of production projects, including PowerPoint decks, flyer layouts, InDesign layouts, ebooks, graphics updates and more
- Apply latest brand styles to above projects
- Adeptly manage projects in Workfront project management tool, ensuring constant attention to deadlines, edit requests and prioritization of projects in collaboration with Senior Project Manager
- 5 years' experience in pure production of marketing materials, especially PowerPoint decks
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign (including working with style sheets), Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience in Workfront or similar project management tool
- Own computer and software
