Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support their team remote, 20 hours per week, with the intake and delivery off marketing and creative projects. The role is remote but the client is looking for someone local to the DMV area who is able to come onsite once/month for a team meeting.

The Project Manager will work within an internal agency to service program teams with creative services, from brief to execution.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Review, intake, and allocate project tasks based on specific scope.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and project kick-offs to ensure seamless delivery of work.
• Work within project management system (Wrike) to deliver program projects.
• Update project status, communicate progress, and maintain project management system based on scope.
  
  

Project Manager Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong project management skills to take projects through to execution.
• Communicate professionally, working with stakeholder teams to deliver updates on status.
• Availability to work 3-4 hours per day, during regular business hours (EST)- required to attend Wednesday meetings at 3pm.
