We are seeking a Midlevel Digital Copywriter with experience working directly on the brand side for retail/eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating copy for various deliverables, including email and web, to drive brand awareness and sales. This role is fully remote, 40 hours per week through end of March with very strong potential to extend through at least the end of June.

We are seeking a Midlevel Digital Copywriter with experience working directly on the brand side for retail/eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating copy for various deliverables, including email and web, to drive brand awareness and sales. This role is fully remote, 40 hours per week through end of March with very strong potential to extend through at least the end of June.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, persuasive, and original iterative copy for emails, websites, and other marketing materials off an existing concept. (Role will be about 60% email, and 40% web and other digital copy such as social posts and banner ads)
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams in a fast paced environment.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in an in-house setting or mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email and web copy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Experience in retail copywriting for email and web.
- Familiarity with Figma and Workfront is a plus.
