Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and eCommerce to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize Workfront and Excel for project tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, document progress, and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
- Support the development of creative visual communications for various marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors involved in project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in creative and digital sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Workfront and Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of shopper marketing and the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
- Experience working in an agency environment, particularly in retail and eCommerce settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
