RFP Writer (Financial)

Responsibilities

Our client seeks an RFP Writer for a 3 month (possibility to extend), 40-hour-per-week role, responsible for the development of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other ad hoc questionnaires/deliverables that:

• assist in the procurement of new business;
• meet the complex reporting requirements of current clients; and
• accurately, clearly, and articulately describe the firm and its investment solutions.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Writing, coordinating, editing, and proofreading fixed income, equity and/or multi-asset questionnaires, working with subject matter experts across the firm
• Using Excel-based internal applications to run reports and data
• Partnering with Investment Products & Fund Strategies to create, edit, and refine product-related questionnaires content including developing original content for new product text as well as proposing modifications to current product text
• Maintaining up-to-date internal product content
  
  

Keys To The Position

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to be onsite in downtown Boston 3x per week (2 days from home)
• Strong academic credentials and 3- 5 years of relevant RFP/writing experience in the investment industry
• A high level of capital markets/investment/product knowledge, in either fixed income or equity asset classes. An MBA or CFA, or progress toward these qualifications, is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
