Position Overview
Our client in the transportation space is seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer to lead planning and execution of a corporate annual event. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating high-profile events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and meet the expectations of our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-profile events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with senior executives to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Manage venue selection and logistics, ensuring all arrangements meet the client's needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources and services for events.
- Oversee guest management processes, including invitations, RSVPs, and special accommodations.
- Maintain a budget for each event, ensuring costs are tracked and managed effectively.
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on event planning progress and address any issues that arise.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing changes or unexpected challenges before and during events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning or management, with a focus on high-profile events.
- Proven expertise in event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
