Our Fortune 500 financial services client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join their team! This will be a 6 month assignment offering 40 hours per week and onsite 4 days per week in Lone Tree, CO (Fridays are remote day). This role involves developing risk management training programs, essential for managing risks and maintaining trust with clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop the Company's annual Enterprise Risk Management training.
- Collaborate with the learning project team, including the lead instructional designer and learning consultant.
- Ensure training materials are detailed, engaging, and aligned with company standards.
- Provide support in learning design, setting learning objectives, writing, and storyboarding.
- At least 6 years of experience in eLearning, instructional design, education, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an instructional designer, particularly in risk management or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including internal Content Management Systems.
