This Role Is
- Fully remote (must reside in the US), although preferred if you are local to MN and can drive to Rochester, Mn.
- 40 hours/week
- Starts as soon as 5/1/25, and will run through 4/1/26
The Ideal Candidate
- 10 years' project management experience, preferably with 7 years' experience in the IT space
- Current PMP certification, or comparable current certification from a nationally-recognized PM governance body
- Experience with healthcare technology used in Long Term Care settings.
- Familiar with Point-Click-Care Implementation
- Experience coordinating and communicating across organizations and within complex organizational structures
- Any work with Life Care Services is a plus
- Leading projects of very large size and/or high complexity. You will manage projects with budget responsibility of up to $5 million
- Achieve project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and in conformance to their methodologies and best practices.
- Solicit technological input from senior technical resources assigned to their PM team, and facilitate technology problem-solving activities
- Work directly with institutional committees to understand priorities, develop project action plans, facilitate approvals and work across organizational boundaries to develop and implement project proposals that meet the objectives of those groups
- Serve as the subject matter expert regarding both departmental and institutional project management practices, methods and standards
