Our beverage client is looking for a Senior Packaging Design Manager to join their team!
This is a fully onsite opportunity in Preston, WA. This will start out 40 hours a week on a freelance basis and have the opportunity to convert to a direct hire after 3 months. Candidates will get started as soon as we identify the right person.

In This Role, The Senior Packaging Design Manager Will
- Leading a team of packaging designers, ensuring the team delivers consistent quality work, and keeping the team accountable to timelines and brand standards
- Manage and participate in internal reviews of projects
- Play an active role with the company's leadership team by offering up new ideas and working through product/deign suggestions from the leadership team. The leadership team plays a very active role in new design creation and you will be responsible for incorporating and/or elevating and adjusting their suggestions based on your own packaging expertise.
- Be the point of contact between internal stakeholders and the traffic coordinator, assigning designers to projects
- Ensuring food safety and quality practices are followed at all time
- Experience leading a team of packaging designers
- 6 years of packaging design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with 3D rendering is a plus
- Experience working directly with a leadership team is a big plus
