The Senior Designer Responsibilities
- Design the overall look and feel for educational programs- this ranges from designing teachers guides to K-6 books!
- Develop guidelines and templates for programs
- Work within templated inDesign documents add art, enhance the aesthetic, and make sure spacing is correct
- Manage and oversee junior level staff to make sure work is up to design standards
- Must have strong layout skills and an eye for design
- A background in educational publishing, magazines or extremely strong catalog and print design is preferred
- Must have strong PM skills, & can work well under pressure
- Must have STRONG InDesign skills and a clean/modern aesthetic
- BONUS if you're familiar with Woodwing!
