Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and production of engaging content across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Manage the content production process from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content for various channels including digital, social media, and print.
• Conduct executive reviews to ensure content meets quality standards and strategic objectives.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, managing resources effectively to optimize output.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless content production.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or producer space
• Strong program management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content strategy, development, and production.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
