What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Creative Circle?
Our client, a well-known agency, is looking for a freelance Senior Project Manager to join their team through June, with strong possibility of extension. This is a 40 hour per week role, and 100% remote.

The Senior Project Manager Will
Demonstrate business acumen by developing project estimates, defining scopes, and creating staffing plans in collaboration with account leads and specialty teams.
Lead the development and approval workflow of Statements of Work in partnership with Finance, Contracts, and Account teams.
Utilize project management tools to create and maintain project schedules, briefs, cost estimates, financial management reports (OOP & fee), and other relevant documentation with input from cross-discipline teams.
Oversee the delivery of work streams within large, complex initiatives or manage mid-size projects independently with minimal oversight.
Work with Account and Specialty leads to resolve project-related challenges, escalating blockers and risks as needed.
Partner with Finance and Account teams to manage project budgets, track spending, flag scope changes, and support the monthly forecasting process.
Participate in client discussions related to project timelines and expectations.
Collaborate with Resource Management to align staffing needs with project demands, ensuring the right talent is assigned to each initiative.
Manage the status of integrated initiatives across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery of assigned client work.
Ensure all projects maintain consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain a balance of urgency and calm, confident leadership in fast-paced environments.

- 3 years of experience from a marketing or PR agency background
- strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, and fluency in Smartsheets (or similar project management software)
