Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior UX Product Designer for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process of digital products, ensuring an exceptional user experience that meets the needs of our customers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions that enhance usability and drive engagement.
This is a 40 hour/week role that will be ongoing. The candidate will need to come into the office 3 days a week and there are three office locations: Dallas, Texas; Neenah, WI; and Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for digital products from concept to final execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Design for multi-channel experiences, ensuring usability and scalability across diverse touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the design process.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
