SEO Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic SEO and Digital Growth Specialist to drive our online presence and enhance our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SEO, content strategy, and analytics to improve organic search rankings and grow our audience.

This is a remote position, but local Phoenix candidates will be required to go onsite two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with business goals
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Create and optimize content strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website performance and traffic metrics
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI
• Oversee social media marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and reach
• Implement conversion rate optimization techniques to improve user experience and sales
• Build quality backlinks through outreach and relationship management
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies
• Perform A/B testing to enhance marketing effectiveness and user engagement
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation software
• Strong understanding of HTML and web development principles
• Experience with PPC advertising and social media marketing
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A fundamental understanding of conversion rate optimization and link building techniques
