What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Coordinator position at Creative Circle?
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to temporarily cover an agency leave (4-5 months, part time). This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, account management, and client communication. The ideal candidate has some prior experience agency-side on social media accounts, is a strong communicator, is highly organized, and experienced working across industries (real estate/development would be a plus).
This is a temporary, part-time role (approx. 25 hours/week) supporting 6-8 accounts during the leave coverage period.
Key Priorities
Support strong client relationships through timely, proactive communication
Execute on social media strategy provided by leadership
Create high-quality, on-brand content aligned with client goals and voice
Stay up to date on platform trends and apply relevant tactics (e.g., Reels, short-form video, community engagement)
Monitor priority client accounts for key notifications and messages
Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
Help prepare for and participate in client calls and meetings
Write engaging captions and build content calendars
Assign creative elements (e.g., design needs) to the in-house creative team
Support content creation by providing ideas based on current social trends
Send monthly performance reports to clients using provided templates
Monitor and engage with top-priority accounts regularly
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of agency experience with a specific focus on social media on multiple accounts
Strong communication and writing skills
Ideal Candidate
2 years of experience in a social media, marketing, or communications role
Strong written communication skills with the ability to match different brand voices
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
Experience working with real estate clients is a plus but not a requirement
